The Counter Violent Extremism (CVE) project is aimed at delivering knowledge and implementation framework to the Pakistani state institutions. CVE is an advanced method of preventing terrorism, as violent Extremism have emerged as a central causes of socio-political instability in many parts of the Muslim and Western world.. The post-APS attacks on 16 December 2014 changed the entire spectrum and scope of counter radicalization and counter terrorism. Operation Zarb-e Azb has remarkably asserted the resolve and professionalism of Pakistan’s armed and security forces. Pakistan’s contribution to on-going war on terror is recorded as the most successful military operation against terrorists, but with a very heavy price of life and property.
